Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience reviewing and negotiating US Government and commercial agreements.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• Strong working knowledge of US Government Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS) and agency supplements.
• Experience supporting capture teams under FAR Part 15, OTAs, CSOs, and related procurement methods.
• Experience supporting the Intelligence Community on technology solutions contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide contractual expertise to multiple program teams within the federal procurement environment.
• Lead negotiations on price, terms, and conditions with government and commercial customers.
• Monitor contract performance and participate in change management.
• Support proposal development and ensure compliance with solicitation requirements and policies.
• Coordinate with program managers and stakeholders in pricing, procurement, and compliance.
