Job summary

CACI is seeking a Contracts Manager to support our Technology Programs from an in‑office Northern Virginia location. You will negotiate terms, shape contractual outcomes across the full acquisition lifecycle, and ensure compliance with US Government laws and CACI policies.

You will collaborate with program leadership, pricing, legal, procurement, and technical stakeholders across LOBs to identify risks, craft solutions, and guide complex negotiations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years negotiating US Government and commercial agreements.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and agency supplements.
• Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and willingness to consent to a polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Provide contractual leadership to multiple federal program teams.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with Government and prime contractors.
• Assess contract risk and recommend mitigations.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate export license processes.
