Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Contracts Manager in Northern Virginia to serve as a strategic partner across capture and execution.

You will negotiate complex government and commercial agreements, advise program teams, and ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS while coordinating with legal, pricing, and procurement stakeholders. The role emphasizes proactive risk management, turning complex requirements into actionable terms and leading negotiations with customers and primes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience reviewing and negotiating US Government and commercial agreements.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• Strong working knowledge of US Government Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS) and agency supplements.
• Experience supporting capture teams under FAR Part 15, OTAs, CSOs.
• Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility and willingness to Polygraph.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide contractual expertise and leadership to federal procurement teams.
• Negotiate price, terms, and conditions with Government customers and primes.
• Monitor contract performance and participate in change management.
• Contribute to proposal development and ensure solicitation compliance.
• Coordinate with pricing, procurement, and compliance stakeholders.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigate contract risks.
• Lead negotiations and ensure compliance with CACI policies and US laws.
• Coordinate with Export team for licenses and documentation.
• Mentor junior staff and review pricing documentation for policy compliance.
