Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to lead the commercial contract strategy, negotiation, administration, and risk management for SOLV Energy's Services and Solutions businesses. This role serves as a senior leader and trusted advisor to executive leadership, business development, operations, finance, compliance and legal teams.

The Senior Manager oversees complex customer, subcontractor, supplier, and strategic partnership agreements, ensuring commercial terms align with SOLV

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Construction Management, Law, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of contract management and complex negotiations.
• Experience in utility-scale renewable energy, solar, energy storage, EPC, or industrial services.
• Professional certifications CPCM, CCM, or PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic contract leadership, negotiation, and administration of complex agreements.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial, financial, and regulatory risks.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Operations, Finance, Compliance, Legal, and Executives.
• Review exhibits, amendments, change orders, and commercial modifications.
• Develop commercial standards, playbooks, and governance processes.
• Lead contract audits and support compliance reviews.
