Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to lead commercial contract strategy, negotiation, administration, and risk management for its Services and Solutions businesses.

This role reports to executive leadership and partners across Legal, Finance, Operations, and Compliance. The position can be fully remote or hybrid with regular in-office presence; location details will be discussed during the interview.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Construction Management, Law, or related discipline required.
• Minimum of 10+ years of contract management experience.
• Experience leading complex commercial negotiations and managing contract management professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial strategy, negotiation, and administration of complex contracts with customers, suppliers, and partners.
• Provide strategic guidance on contractual risks, obligations, and opportunities to senior leadership.
• Develop and implement contracting strategies that support growth, profitability, and risk management.
• Collaborate with Legal to finalize commercial agreements balancing objectives with risk mitigation.
• Establish contract governance, compliance, and process improvements across the organization.
