This senior role interfaces with executive leadership, operations, finance, compliance, and legal teams. The position oversees complex agreements with customers, suppliers, and strategic partners, ensuring terms align with profitability and risk tolerance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Construction Management, Law or related field.
• Professional certifications such as CPCM, CCM or PMP are preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years in contract management or related roles.
• Experience negotiating high‑value customer service, subcontract, or master service agreements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial strategy, negotiation, and administration of complex contracts.
• Serve as primary commercial lead for high‑value, high‑risk agreements.
• Develop and implement contracting strategies to drive growth and risk management.
• Provide guidance on contractual risks, obligations, and opportunities to senior leadership.
• Partner with Legal to finalize commercial agreements balancing objectives and risk.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Operations, Finance, Procurement, Compliance, and Legal.
• Monitor contract performance and optimize terms for profitability.
• Lead contract governance, audits, and lifecycle management.
