Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Construction Management, Law, or related discipline.
• CPCM, CCM, or PMP professional certifications preferred.
• Minimum of 10+ years of progressively responsible contract management and commercial leadership.
• Experience within utility‑scale renewable energy, solar, BESS, HV, EPC, or industrial services preferred.
• Proven experience negotiating high‑value customer service agreements, subcontract agreements, and master service agreements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial strategy, negotiation, and administration of complex customer, supplier, subcontractor, and strategic partner agreements.
• Provide strategic guidance on contractual risks, obligations, and business opportunities to senior leadership.
• Partner with Legal to develop, negotiate, and finalize commercial agreements that balance objectives with risk mitigation.
• Establish contract governance, review exhibits, amendments, and change orders.
• Mentor contract management personnel and drive process improvements across the function.
• Collaborate closely with Business Development, Operations, Finance, Procurement, Compliance, Legal, and Executive Leadership.
