Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business, engineering, or law-related field or equivalent experience.
• Certifications such as CPCM, CCM, PMP are preferred.
• 10+ years in contract management and leading complex negotiations.
• Experience in utility-scale renewable energy, solar, BESS, HV, EPC or industrial services.
• Proven experience negotiating high-value customer service, subcontract, and MSA contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial strategy, negotiation, and administration of complex customer, supplier, subcontractor, and strategic partner agreements.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial, operational, financial, compliance and regulatory risks throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Operations, Finance, Procurement, Compliance, Legal, and Executive Leadership.
• Establish contract governance processes, standards, and controls to ensure compliance and proper lifecycle management.
• Lead contract audits and support compliance reviews as required.
• Mentor and develop contract management personnel; drive continuous improvement.
