Qualifications

• Contract life cycle experience including proposals, negotiations, administration, and closeout.
• Develop, negotiate, and execute contracts.
• Working knowledge of the FAR and DFARS.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of contracts from proposal to award administration and compliance.
• Lead and coordinate proposal preparation and contract negotiations.
• Advise leadership on contractual rights, obligations, and risks.
• Review and interpret contract requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless contract fulfillment.
