Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Subcontract Administration professional in Orlando, FL, to oversee end-to-end subcontract processes from drafting specifications to negotiating terms and ensuring lifecycle compliance.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with 2 years of relevant work, U.S. citizenship, and eligibility for a Secret clearance. Strong procurement, FAR/DFAR knowledge, and SAP familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience with 2 years of professional experience.
• Security clearance eligibility required. U.S. citizen with ability to obtain Secret clearance.
• Experience with subcontract management, procurement, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms for specialized materials and services.
• Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders’ conferences, and evaluate proposals.
• Negotiate subcontract provisions and manage award processes.
• Administer and modify existing subcontracts, coordinating with contracts administration and purchasing.
• Ensure compliance with subcontract policies and sign supplier agreements within authority.
