Lockheed Martin Corporation is seeking a Contracts Management Sr in Orlando, FL to oversee contract lifecycle from capture to administration. You will provide business guidance, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and act as the authorized representative to customers throughout the contract process.

Responsibilities include leading solicitations, negotiating terms, and ensuring compliance with laws and Delegation of Authority.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Ability to interpret RFPs and contract terms, develop contract positions as they relate to risks and identify opportunities.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand financial and business concepts and apply them to contractual matters.
• Handle multiple assignments while achieving program commitments.
• Establish effective working relationships and communications with all internal and external customers.
• Possess computer skills including Word, Excel and Power Point with ability to grasp other software applications required to perform job duties.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; detail and teamwork oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to obtain a Security Clearance and travel to domestic and/or international locations when required to fulfill the responsibility of the position.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract solicitations, negotiations, and award actions while ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and Delegation of Authority.
• Coordinate with program management, finance, legal, engineering, and other functions to align contract terms with business objectives.
• Serve as the primary interface with customer buying representatives, building effective relationships and addressing contractual issues.
• Support internal and external audits, verify compliance, and maintain accurate contractual documentation.
• Collect contractual data and prepare reports for corporate and business-area requests.
