Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Dallas, TX seeks a Contracts Management Sr Stf to oversee the full contract lifecycle from capture through award and all phases of contract administration. You will coordinate solicitations, manage negotiations, and serve as the authorized company representative to customers, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS and company policy.

This role requires DoD contracting experience and a Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated DoD contracting experience.
• Experience with all phases of proposal development, contracts negotiation and administration.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline.
• Experience with FAR/DFARS.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Must possess a valid DoD Top Secret clearance required to start.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contract solicitations, capture activities, negotiations, and award processes with program, finance, legal, and engineering stakeholders.
• Serve as the authorized Company representative to customers, building relationships and managing contract performance.
• Ensure contractual compliance with laws, regulations, Delegation of Authority, and approval requirements.
• Lead and support internal and external audits, providing documentation and verification of contract compliance.
• Collect contractual data, compile reports for corporate and business-area requests, and train staff on contract best practices.
