Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a contracts professional to manage the full lifecycle of contracts from capture through award and administration. You will coordinate with program management, finance, legal, and other functions to ensure compliant, timely execution of contracts while addressing customer concerns and contractual issues.

The role requires a related degree or equivalent experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Government

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related discipline, or 8 years experience in the absence of a Bachelors Degree.
• General Business, Project Management, and/or Contract experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Government security clearance and obtain and maintain Special Program Access.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts across the spectrum from capture through proposal, award, and administration.
• Coordinate with program management, finance, legal, subcontracts, business development, engineering, HR, accounting, and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and Delegation of Authority for proposals and contracts.
• Lead and support audits with internal and external teams.
• Collect contractual data and compile reports for corporate requests.
