Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Orlando is seeking a Contracts Management Staff member to guide end-to-end contracts, from capture to administration, ensuring compliance across the lifecycle. You will collaborate with program management, finance, legal, subcontracts, and engineering to align contract strategy with business objectives and serve as the company representative in negotiations.

Qualifications

• Experience with multiple contract types (FFP, FPIF, CPFF, CPAF/IF, T&M).
• Knowledge of and experience with acquisition regulations (FAR, DFARS).
• Compliant negotiation and administration of contracts.
• Experience working with complex proposals and/or captures.
• Experience with contract negotiations or administration of U.S. Government contracts.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently on complex contractual matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of contracts from capture through award and administration.
• Coordinate with program management, finance, legal, subcontracts, engineering and other functions to align contract strategy with business objectives.
• Serve as the authorized company representative in negotiations and customer interactions.
• Ensure contractual compliance with laws, regulations and Delegation of Authority requirements.
• Lead and support internal and external audits and maintain audit-ready documentation.
