The Senior Contracts Analyst at New York City Economic Development Corporation will oversee policies and procedures for Small and Micro Purchase procurements, guiding project managers through solicitation, evaluation, execution, registration, and closeout.

Working closely with the Vice President of Contracts and cross-department teams, you will review documents, provide updates, educate on M/W/DBE procurement methods, and ensure timely registration and workflow improvements across the

Qualifications

• 3+ years in contracts administration or related field.
• Experience with NYC Budget Process and databases.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• NYC residency required within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee NYCEDC Small and Micro Purchase procurements.
• Provide guidance on procurement lifecycle stages.
• Coordinate with cross-departmental stakeholders.
