Job summary

New York City Economic Development Corporation is seeking a PPS Analyst to support project documentation, invoicing, contract processes, and procurement activities within the Asset Management Division. You will help manage payments, track funding, and ensure compliance across teams.

You will also assist in developing data tools, dashboards, and standardized procedures to streamline operations and improve decision-making for NYCEDC programs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field or 2+ years in project support, procurement, or finance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines while ensuring accuracy.
• Experience maintaining data across centralized systems and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Review and process monthly invoices for accuracy and contract compliance.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, contractors, consultants, and vendors to facilitate payments and ensure documentation.
• Research invoice and budget discrepancies and resolve issues with internal teams.
• Support contracts, amendments, change orders, and procurement activities for services and equipment.
• Maintain accurate data across project systems and perform reconciliations and quality checks.
• Monitor projects and contracts for risks and expiring compliance docs; assist with follow-up.
• Attend meetings and provide updates on payments, funding, and procurement matters.
• Develop and maintain reports, trackers, dashboards, and data tools to monitor activity.
• Create process documentation and SOPs to promote consistency and improvement.
