Job summary

New York City Economic Development Corporation is seeking a PPS Analyst to support project documentation, invoicing, and contract management within the Asset Management division. You will coordinate with project managers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely payments, compliant documentation, and accurate data across trackers and systems.

The role emphasizes developing data tools, dashboards, and process improvements to increase team efficiency and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2+ years of related professional experience in project support, procurement, financial operations, data analysis, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint; ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Review and process monthly invoices for accuracy and contract compliance.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, contractors, consultants, and vendors to facilitate timely payments and documentation.
• Research discrepancies and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Support contracts, amendments, and procurement activities for services, supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain accurate project, contract, funding, payment, and compliance data; perform reconciliations.
