Job summary

The NYC Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) seeks an Administrative Procurement Analyst (NM) for the CBC Division at its Queens headquarters. Under supervision, you will manage procurement of professional services and construction for City contracts, coordinating with Project Managers to prepare RFP and CSB documents and tracking through the contracting process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4 years in purchasing, procurement, contract administration or related field.
• 18 months of administrative/managerial/supervisory experience required.
• Professional procurement certification may substitute for up to one year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage professional services and construction procurements.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to draft RFP and CSB documents.
• Monitor procurement through the City contracting process.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve procurement issues.
• Update contract procurement statuses in DEP and City systems.
