Job summary

Analytical Mechanics Associates (AMA) seeks a mid-level to senior Contracts Administrator to independently manage the full life cycle of prime contracts and task orders, subcontracts AMA awards to other companies, agreements under which AMA performs as a subcontractor, and commercial agreements. This role supports NASA and DoD programs and may offer hybrid or remote arrangements.

Location is Huntsville, AL with a salary range of $63,942-$95,680 depending on experience. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of progressive contracts or subcontract administration experience (mid-level).
• 8+ years for senior level with independent management of complex agreements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and administer prime contracts, delivery orders, and task orders through pre- and post-award.
• Support proposal and bid preparation, reviewing solicitations and specifications to identify risks.
• Serve as a point of contact with Government contracting personnel and teaming partners.
• Coordinate review and approval of terms, conditions, and legal sufficiency of contractual documents.
• Manage subcontracts from definition to closeout.
• Review, negotiate, and administer commercial agreements including MSAs and NDAs.
