Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, contracts management, supply chain management, finance, economics, accounting, legal studies, or a related field, or a Master's Certificate in Government Contracting.
• 5+ years of progressive contracts or subcontract administration experience for mid-level.
• 8+ years for senior-level with independent management of complex agreements and negotiations.
• Working knowledge of the FAR and DFARS and their application to prime contracts and subcontracts.
• Experience administering cost-type, fixed-price, and labor-based contracts and subcontracts.
• Strong commercial contract and subcontract experience administering both subcontracts and related agreements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and administer prime contracts, delivery orders, and task orders to ensure FAR/DFARS compliance.
• Support proposal and bid preparation by reviewing solicitations and requirements.
• Serve as a point of contact with Government contracting personnel and teaming partners.
• Coordinate review and approval of terms, conditions, and legal sufficiency.
• Manage subcontracts through full life cycle including negotiations and closeout.
• Prepare and organize RFPs for competitive negotiations.
• Evaluate subcontractor proposals including price and cost analyses.
