Job summary

Analytical Mechanics Associates (AMA) seeks a mid-level to senior Contracts Administrator to manage the full life cycle of prime contracts, task orders, subcontracts, and commercial agreements. The role supports NASA and DoD programs from Huntsville, with hybrid/remote options for qualified candidates.

Applicants should have foundation in federal contracting, strong commercial contract knowledge, and the ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team. U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive contracts or subcontract administration.
• 8+ years for senior level including independent management of complex agreements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor prime contracts, delivery and task orders for FAR/DFARS compliance.
• Support proposals reviewing SOWs and specs to identify risks and mitigation.
• Serve as a point of contact with Government contracting personnel.
• Coordinate reviews of terms and legal sufficiency of documents.
• Manage subcontracts through full life cycle including closeout.
• Organize and prepare RFPs and evaluate subcontract proposals.
• Administer government and commercial contracts per applicable terms and procedures.
• Review and negotiate MSAs, NDAs, and teaming agreements.
• Coordinate with Finance and Program Management to resolve funding issues.
