Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Contracting Counsel Manager to lead complex client transactions and counsel across digital, outsourcing, and technology agreements. You will draft, negotiate and structure MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, data transfer and cloud contracts, guiding junior CLPs and advising senior leaders on legal risk.

Role requires JD, US licensure, and at least 6 years of transactional experience in fast-paced environments, with strong IP and data privacy knowledge and excellent bilingual communication

Qualifications

• JD and licensed to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction.
• Minimum 6 years of transactional experience in digital, consulting, systems integration or outsourcing.
• Minimum 3 years negotiating IP and data privacy issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead, structure, negotiate and close complex client transactions for legal and business advantage.
• Counsel, guide, train and support junior CLPs.
• Stay abreast of developments affecting the company and industries and synthesize into practices.
• Educate and advise company executives on legal and risk management issues.
• Develop subject matter expertise in contracting areas to support Legal and business needs.
• Support and implement Legal Group initiatives and drive seven contracting attributes.
