Job summary

Packsize is seeking a Corporate Counsel to act as a trusted legal partner, translating complex issues into practical guidance. You will support the Legal team and collaborate with Sales, Finance, IT, Operations, HR, and Europe, managing risk and enabling smart deal‑making across time zones.

You should have a JD, US state bar admission, and 2–6 years of commercial contracting experience, with strong drafting and negotiation skills and experience with CLM systems.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission to at least one U.S. state bar.
• 2–6 years of relevant legal experience in commercial contracting or corporate transactions.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, and vendor/supplier agreements.
• Provide pragmatic legal guidance to business stakeholders.
• Support Europe business unit on contract matters across time zones.
• Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle using the CLM system.
• Monitor contract terms, renewals, and risks; escalate as needed.
• Draft and improve contract templates, policies, and playbooks.
• Contribute to broader corporate, regulatory, and compliance initiatives.
