The ideal candidate will have a JD degree, over 5 years of experience in technology law, and the ability to negotiate complex commercial contracts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technology, infrastructure, or professional services law.
• Experience with commercial contract negotiation in a B2B technology services context.
• Working knowledge of GDPR and CCPA.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and partner agreements.
• Manage the contract lifecycle: intake, redline, signature, filing, and renewal tracking.
• Advise on risk allocation, liability caps, IP ownership, and indemnification.
