You will handle complex corporate agreements, privacy compliance, and governance while partnering with Operations, Commercial, HR and Engineering to drive scalable, risk‑aware business solutions.

The role requires a JD, active U.S. bar membership, and 6–10+ years of combined top‑tier firm and in‑house experience. This is a high‑impact, collaborative position in a fast‑paced mobility company.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active U.S. bar member in good standing.
• 6–10+ years in private practice and in‑house corporate experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead reviews and negotiations on a wide range of corporate agreements.
• Advise on privacy regulations (CCPA/CPRA) and review DPAs.
• Manage corporate governance and refine templates to scale operations.
• Handle vehicle incident claims and related litigation or disputes.
• Oversee EEOC, workers’ comp or employment-law matters.
• Collaborate with Operations, Commercial, HR and Engineering teams.
