Job summary

Analysis Group is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to provide thoughtful legal guidance to consultants and administrative teams in a fast-paced environment. The role involves drafting and negotiating complex agreements, giving practical in-house advice, and managing risk across the firm.

Qualifications

• JD required.
• Minimum of five years of legal experience required.
• Experience independently drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex agreements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent judgment and ability to tailor advice to specific circumstances.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and critical thinking skills.
• Experience with litigation support, AI vendors, pharmaceutical research, and/or data privacy matters is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contracts – Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of client and vendor agreements (engagement letters, IT vendor agreements, consulting agreements, collaboration agreements, data license agreements, confidentiality agreements, master services agreements, statements of work).
• Provide practical in-house legal advice to consulting staff on diverse topics; conduct legal research on evolving issues.
• Assist in firm-wide risk management, including AI, and improve business processes to reduce risk and increase efficiency.
• Manage outside counsel to obtain timely and practical advice on specific issues.
