Job summary

RoviSys Building Technologies is seeking a Support Contract Manager to lead a team of specialists and engineers in managing customer support contracts from inception to completion. The role requires strong financial, scheduling, and leadership skills to maintain contract health.

The ideal candidate will have HVAC systems knowledge, experience with building automation controls, and a track record of negotiating terms with customers.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership experience in contract or project management.
• Experience organizing and leading meetings with internal teams and customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project.
• HVAC knowledge in large building automation systems.
• Understanding of sequence of operations and P&IDs for HVAC.
• Instrumentation and control valves knowledge for HVAC systems.
• Building automation/industrial controls experience is a plus.
• Onsite commissioning experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Owns contract margin and drives financial health of projects.
• Establishes and tracks schedules for support tasks.
• Forecasts resources for contracts.
• Identifies risks and mitigation strategies.
• Presents Schedule, Scope, and Resource Plan to leadership.
• Manages invoicing, cost projections, and change orders.
• Enforces quality plans and supervises contract lifecycle.
• Serves as primary commercial contact for customers.
• Manages large or multiple concurrent contracts.
• Negotiates terms and conditions with customers.
• Provides technical guidance to the support team.
