RoviSys Building Technologies is seeking a Project Manager to lead our Building Automation team. You will manage projects from start to finish, guiding engineers and coordinating with customers to maintain margins and schedules.

The role requires 3–5 years of leadership, strong communication, and experience with HVAC systems and industrial controls. Onsite commissioning experience is a plus, with a competitive salary and full benefits.

Formación

• 3–5 years of project leadership experience in PM or technical lead.
• Experience organizing, scheduling, and leading meetings with internal teams and customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Primavera or similar.
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems in large building automation systems.
• Experience with building automation and/or industrial controls (Rockwell, Schneider, AVEVA, Inductive Automation) is a plus.
• Onsite commissioning experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Accountable for project margin and steps to improve financial health.
• Establish project schedules and monitor for completion.
• Assess risks and mitigation strategies.
• Present Schedule, Scope, and Resource Plan to leadership.
• Serve as primary commercial contact for customers.
• Identify deviations and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with divisional staffing and resource sharing.
• Manage large or multiple concurrent projects.
• Communicate status with accountManager and leadership.
• Balance finances, customer satisfaction, and team development.
• Contribute to tools for project management.
