Job summary

RoviSys Building Technologies is seeking a Project Manager to lead our Building Automation team from start to finish. You will guide engineers, manage project financials, and coordinate with customers to deliver high-quality installations and commissioning.

You will oversee schedules, resource planning, risk mitigation, and change orders, while ensuring adherence to engineering standards and QMS. Onsite presence and travel are involved as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project leadership experience in PM or technical lead.
• Experience organizing and leading meetings with internal teams and customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Microsoft Project.
• Basic HVAC sequence of operations and P&IDs understanding.
• HVAC/building automation or industrial controls experience is a plus.
• Onsite commissioning experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for project margins and financial health; take steps to improve it.
• Establish and monitor project schedules for timely completion.
• Forecast resources for projects and manage allocations.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Present Schedule, Scope, and Resource Plans to leadership.
• Manage project financials including reporting, invoicing, and change orders.
• Enforce quality plans and lifecycle project quality.
• Serve as primary commercial contact for customers.
• Lead large or multiple concurrent projects.
• Identify deviations and corrective actions.
• Negotiate Terms & Conditions with customers.
• Provide technical guidance to the project team.
