Job summary

RoviSys Building Technologies is seeking a Project Manager for its Building Automation team in Massachusetts. The PM will lead projects from initiation to completion, directing engineers and handling financials, procurement, and change orders, while coordinating with customers to ensure success.

The role requires 3–5 years of leadership experience and proficiency with project planning tools, with HVAC knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years of project leadership experience.
• Experience organizing, scheduling, and leading meetings with internal teams and customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Experience with Microsoft Project or Primavera (or similar planning tools).
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems and building automation.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for project margin and financial health.
• Establish and monitor project schedules.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies.
• Present Schedule, Scope, and Resource Plan to leadership.
• Serve as primary commercial contact for customers.
• Draft change orders and manage invoicing.
• Coordinate with account managers and staff for resources.
• Balance finances, customer satisfaction, and team development.
• Provide technical guidance and enforce engineering standards.
• Contribute to development of project management tools.
