Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a Senior Contract Performance Manager to lead long-term energy services contracts across the Nuevo Leon region. You’ll own the full P&L, manage customer relationships, and guide field operations from planning through execution.

This senior role requires travel to customer sites at least 50% of the time, strong bilingual Spanish/English communication, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive safety, quality, and performance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage P&L accountability, including budget tracking and variance analysis.
• Experience in services, contract management, or customer-facing roles in energy generation.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites at least 50% of the time and communicate in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of services and maintenance contracts from planning to execution, with SQDC accountability.
• Manage the contract portfolio P&L, track results, budgets and identify risks/opportunities.
• Partner with Sales to pursue commercial growth and translate operations insight into business development.
• Oversee field services engineering and facility operations ensuring safety and quality.
• Build strong customer relationships through on-site presence and proactive issue resolution.
• Lead cross-functional coordination across engineering, sourcing and logistics to meet commitments.
