Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University (OR an Associate's degree from a college or a High School Diploma / GED and 7 years of experience in a power generation industry)

Responsibilities

Asset Performance: Lead the full lifecycle of outages, parts, and repairs—from planning and scheduling to proactive risk mitigation.
Operational Execution: Own the Contractual Service Agreement (CSA) to ensure safe, on-time maintenance and maximum reliability.
Customer Partnership: Serve as the trusted technical advisor to site teams and drive responsiveness and satisfaction.
Strategic Improvement: Identify waste and inefficiencies and champion continuous improvement projects.
Commercial Accountability: Own the contract’s bottom line, including invoicing, cash collection, and growth.
