• Serve as liaison between internal/external organizations and assigned customers, own the customer relationship and contribute to strategy.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships; be the single point of contact for customers.
• Manage customer portfolio P&L and growth; provide ongoing technical and business support.
• Coordinate GE/Customer reviews and identify GE products/services to add value.
• Oversee warranty and commercial considerations including concessions.
• Plan outages and manage related quotes, orders, and repair scopes.
• Lead outage resolution and organize pre/post-outage milestones.
• Handle customer invoicing/credit memo processes and on-site repairs planning.
