Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Contract Performance Manager to own the technical and financial success of customer power generation contracts. You will lead outages, equipment planning, and ensure safe, reliable operations while driving profitability.

You will serve as the trusted technical advisor to customer site teams, coordinate across GE Vernova functions, and champion continuous improvement to maximize performance and customer satisfaction. Travel to Georgia sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University (OR an Associate's degree from a college or a High School Diploma / GED and 7 years of experience in a power generation industry)
• Minimum of 5 years of Technical Field with Heavy Duty Gas Turbine/and or Steam Power experience

Responsibilities

• Lead outages, parts, and repairs—from planning to proactive risk mitigation.
• Own the Contractual Service Agreement (CSA) with a goal of zero-harm, high-quality, on-time maintenance.
• Serve as the trusted technical advisor to customer site teams and translate challenges into clear solutions.
• Identify waste and champion continuous improvement projects to drive efficiency and profitability.
• Take ownership of the contract’s bottom line, including invoicing and cash collection.
