GE Vernova is seeking a Customer Portfolio Manager for its Gas Power unit. You will oversee profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts across multiple locations, coordinating with customer service, parts and transactional services, field service, repair service, and other teams.

You’ll manage service obligations, fixed price, and time-and-material programs with strong judgment, shaping strategy and delivering value within the energy transition.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or 7 years in power generation industry.
• Minimum 5 years of Technical Field with Heavy Duty Gas Turbine/Steam Power.

• Act as the single point of contact to the customer for timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns across services for the designated region or coverage area.
• Influence strategy for the area of responsibility, including resource control and policy input.
• Interpret business challenges and recommend best practices; stay informed on industry trends.
• Use high judgment to resolve complex tasks in operations, product management, manufacturing, technology or engineering.
• May lead functional teams or projects with minimal resources and guide stakeholders.
