Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in power generation or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in power plant field services or contract performance management.
• Willing to travel <25% of the time.
• Eligible to work in the US and able to obtain background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Act as single customer contact for timely issue resolution across regions and services.
• Know region coverage, configurations, and coordinate with internal functions.
• Maintain ongoing technical and business support with assigned customers.
• Influence strategy for area of responsibility and resource control.
• Interpret challenges and recommend best practices to improve products or services.
• Exercise sound judgment to resolve complex tasks across multiple domains.
