GE Vernova, Inc. is hiring a Contract Performance Manager to own the technical and financial success of our customer power-generation contracts.

You will bridge outage planning, technical leadership, contract management, and customer satisfaction to ensure safe, reliable operation and high-quality performance. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; an Associate degree plus 7 years in power generation accepted.
• Minimum of 5 years of technical field experience with heavy duty gas turbines and/or steam power.

Responsibilities

• Own the performance of customer power-generation assets and the contract’s financials.
• Lead outage lifecycle from planning to proactive risk mitigation.
• Primary owner of the Contractual Service Agreement (CSA) and ensure zero-harm, on-time maintenance.
• Champion continuous improvement to drive efficiency, customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Coordinate with GE Vernova Gas Services and site teams to resolve issues and deliver outcomes.
