Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital content, editing, and writing.
• Experience in creating content architectures, storytelling, and clear and concise writing.
• Advanced skills in written and verbal communication, ensuring clarity in all messaging.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement content strategies for products and features, ensuring alignment with user experience principles and business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging, user-friendly content that is cohesive and intuitive for diverse audiences.
• Create content taxonomies to refine content organization and structure, incorporating user feedback for continuous improvement.
• Adopt brand voice to produce clear, concise content that communicates complex concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
• Analyze content performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and enhancement of user experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with user needs, business goals, and accessibility guidelines.
• Manage intake request queue and regular maintenance updates to knowledge articles within SLA timelines.
