Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in Columbus is seeking a Content Design Senior Associate to shape product content and build confidence across our banking tools. You will plan, create, and structure content within a user experience framework.

Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure narrative consistency, governance, and accessibility; you will advocate for clear, action-oriented language across products used by frontline employees.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in content design, or equivalent editing/writing experience for digital products.
• Experience in creating content architectures and storytelling.
• Experience applying accessibility guidelines and inclusive design.
• Experience with iterative design and incorporating user feedback.
• Proficient in content platforms and understanding their impact on UX.
• Adaptive learner for financial services products.
• Self-directed with high-quality delivery; no handholding.
• Advanced UX writing and information architecture; familiarity with related areas.
• Strong English grammar, spelling, punctuation and usage.
• Experience with brand standards including voice and tone.
• Comfortable presenting work to cross-functional directors.

• Develop and implement content strategies for products and features, ensuring align with user experience principles and business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging, user-friendly content that is cohesive and intuitive for a diverse audience
• Create content taxonomies to refine content organization and structure, incorporating user feedback and insights for continuous improvement
• Adopt brand voice to produce clear, concise, and engaging content that communicates complex concepts effectively to diverse audiences
• Analyze content performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and enhancement of user experiences
• Lead adherence to content governance and the approval process
• Present work, connecting content decisions to desired business impact
