Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in content design or equivalent editing/writing for digital products.
• Experience creating content architectures and clear writing.
• Applied accessibility guidelines and inclusive design for user-friendly content.
• Experience with iterative design using user feedback.
• Proficient with content platforms and understanding UX impact.
• Adaptable learner for new financial services products.
• Promote inclusive, accessible language for diverse audiences.
• Background in content operations and design systems.
• Ability to translate partner agreements and regulatory requirements into content standards.
• Ability to conduct detailed communications audit and high-volume delivery.
