Job summary

You will plan, structure, and refine product content using established UX principles, collaborating with design, product, and engineering teams to ensure narrative consistency and accessibility.

You will create and maintain knowledge articles, manage content taxonomies, and monitor performance metrics to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital content, editing, and writing.
• Experience in creating content architectures, storytelling, and clear and concise writing.
• Advanced skills in written and verbal communication, ensuring clarity in all messaging.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement content strategies for products and features, ensuring align with user experience principles and business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging, user-friendly content that is cohesive and intuitive for a diverse audience
• Create content taxonomies to refine content organization and structure, incorporating user feedback and insights for continuous improvement
• Adopt brand voice to produce clear, concise, and engaging content that communicates complex concepts effectively to diverse audiences
• Analyze content performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and enhancement of user experiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with user needs, business goals, and accessibility guidelines
• Manage intake request queue and regular maintenance updates to knowledge articles within SLA timelines.
