Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus 2 years customer service or call center experience.
• Sales experience in a financial services environment is a plus.
• S.A.F.E. Act / NMLS registration required at time of employment.

Responsibilities

• Create a memorable customer experience by proactively building, maintaining, and growing relationships over the phone.
• Apply knowledge of consumer banking products to assess financial needs and provide solutions.
• Use a consultative approach to uncover needs and tailor recommendations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and processes offered.

• Analyze customer credit data and financial information to align with appropriate solutions.
