• High School Diploma/GED and 2 years customer service or call center experience, or college degree or equivalent military experience.
• Experience in a sales environment required; experience in financial industry a plus.
• Demonstrate ability to develop comfort level with managing customer experience and financial consultation over the phone.
• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication.
• Exhibits business acumen; Demonstrated ability in making sound decisions.

Responsibilities

• Create a memorable customer experience by proactively building, maintaining, and growing relationships in the unassigned book of business through outbound calling efforts.
• Apply knowledge of consumer banking products and financial need assessment tools to help customers achieve their financial goals.
• Use consultative approach with current customers to uncover needs and tailor recommendations.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, and processes offered to customers.
• Follow the bank's Code of Conduct and Ethics and related policies.
