Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 2 years customer service or call center experience, or college degree or equivalent military experience.
• Experience in a sales environment; experience in financial industry a plus.
• Ability to conduct financial consultations over the phone and build customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Create a memorable customer experience by proactively building, maintaining, and growing relationships in the unassigned book of business through outbound calling efforts.
• Apply knowledge of consumer banking products and financial need assessment tools to help customers achieve their financial goals.
• Use a consultative approach with current customers to uncover and identify their needs while tailoring recommendations/solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, and processes offered.
• Work collaboratively with internal partners to ensure customer’s needs are met.
• Analyze customer credit data and other financial information to ensure appropriate solutions.
• Follow the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and related policies.
