• Provide consumer banking guidance and financial need assessment over the phone to create a memorable customer experience.
• Use a consultative approach to uncover needs and tailor recommendations/solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and processes offered.
• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure customer needs are met.
• Adhere to the Bancorp Code of Conduct and Ethics and related policies.
