Qualifications

• 3-4 years of coaching/mentoring in retail.
• 3-4 years of personal sales and service with sales goals.
• 3-4 years demonstrated success in achieving performance goals.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Open and maintain accounts and perform required maintenance.
• Support client engagement through active calling and conversations.
• Meet or exceed sales, service and referral goals as directed.
• Collaborate with internal partners to address client needs (Mortgage, Wealth, SBA, Treasury).
• Provide digital assistance and service for online banking.
