Qualifications

• 3-4 years client experience and retail banking.
• Strong product knowledge related to consumer and commercial deposits, loans and treasury management.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Open accounts and perform maintenance for existing clients.
• Engage clients through calls, conversations and follow-ups.
• Meet sales, service and referral goals in collaboration with the team.
• Provide digital assistance and support for online banking needs.
