Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–4 years client service experience in a retail environment.
• 3–4 years sales and service experience with previous success in achieving sales and service goals in retail environment.
• May obtain notary authorization.

Responsibilities

• Open and maintain accounts and perform required banking transactions.
• Run a Teller drawer as needed by management.
• Engage with clients through calls, conversations, and follow-up to deepen relationships.
• Meet or exceed sales, service, and referral goals through collaboration with team and partners.
