First Financial Bank is seeking a Consumer Banker to deepen client relationships by serving existing clients and prospecting new ones. The role involves opening accounts, handling teller duties, and coordinating with Mortgage, Wealth, and Small Business teams to deliver tailored financial solutions.

You will engage clients through calls and conversations, ensuring timely follow-ups, and maintaining strict compliance while contributing to a best-in-class customer experience.

Formación

• 3–4 years of coaching/mentoring in a retail environment.
• 3–4 years in sales and service with proven sales goals.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4–5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Open accounts and perform maintenance.
• Run teller drawer as needed.
• Support client engagement through active calling, client conversations, and follow up.
• Partner with internal constituencies to provide service or solutions to clients.
• Maintain compliance and risk management standards.
• Assist clients in transactions via branch, drive-thru, phone and email.
