First Financial Bank in Ohio is seeking a Consumer Banker to deepen client relationships by opening accounts, performing maintenance, and referring clients to Mortgage, Wealth, Small Business, and Treasury partners as appropriate. Qualifikationen

• 3-4 years of coaching/mentoring in a retail environment.
• 3-4 years of sales and service with success in achieving sales/service goals.
• 3-4 years demonstrated prior success with achievement of performance goals.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Aufgaben

• Open accounts and perform maintenance.
• Run Teller drawer as needed.
• Support client engagement through calls and follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal constituencies to bring appropriate level of expertise to the client.
• Ensure client follow up calls are conducted appropriately.
• Maintain all operational and risk management standards.
• Assist clients with transactions in branch, drive-thru, by phone and email.
• Model First Financial Bank's Mission and Values.
• Adhere to compliance and regulatory procedures.
• Track, report, and communicate business results to FCM.
• Partner with District Specialists to execute retail strategies.
